Eben Sadie in Las Vegas

Aquaknox restaurant will be hosting a special seminar-style wine tasting with star wine maker Eben Sadie.

Thursday, May 1st, at Aquaknox restaurant, located in restaurant row, inside the Venetion Resort and Casino, Eben Sadie will be showcasing his cult wines from South Africa and also debuting his uber-cult wines from Priorat, Spain.

Hailing from South Africa's Swartland Appellation, Sequillo, and Columella two of the most prized wines in all of South Africa will be tasted together with Eben Sadie. A great speaker, Eben will guide his guests through the step by step process in making such prized wines.

Columella, the highest-rated wine ever, by the reputable Wine Spectator Magazine (95 points) is made in such small amounts that finding it is an extreme rarity.

From Spain's Priorat region, 3 new wines that have turned the Spanish wine world afire will be tasted and wine making techniques will be revealed to lucky wine aficionados attending the Eben Sadie Meet and Greet.

The three wines from Spain are: Dits Del Terra, L'Arbossar, and Torroja, all from Torroja Priorat.

This event is for the trade and press only. To be assured a space, attendees are asked to RSVP.

Seminar and tasting begin at 1;00 PM sharp, PST

More about Eben Sadie:

Eben Sadie, the mastermind behind this (fast-becoming) cult property in Swartland also produces one of Spain's most sought-after red wines at his property in the Priorat.
Coming from a wine background, Eben studied all over the world in his
quest to learn as much about his craft as possible before striking out on his own. In
South Africa, he worked at both very large wineries and small (in his words) "7 barrel wineries" and learned a tremendous amount from both. 2000 was his first vintage in South Africa.
